Pineapple Pink Smoothie Recipe

I’m not sure anything is better in a blender than fresh pineapple smoothies. I mean really…. you don’t even need to add another another ingredient to the list.

Per Wikipedia, Raw pineapple is an excellent source of manganese (76% Daily Value (DV) in a one US cup serving) and vitamin C (131% DV per cup serving).

Today’s smoothie has an ENTIRE fresh pineapple in it, blended together with a simple handful of frozen raspberries = super frothy and amazingly awesome!

But don’t take my word for it, make it for yourself today and try it out. Don’t forget to add a superfood if you like!
