We had super yummy dinner tonight – and it consisted of curry with coconut milk.
The problem was the leftover half a can of super yummy biologic coconut milk. So, I got to work googling how I could use this in a smoothie.
The result was an easy recipe and OMFG yummy. It was even as good as I remembered the real deal being. Best part? 3 freaking ingredients. Yes, you heard me right.
There’s not a single excuse in the world why you don’t try this smoothie as soon as humanly possible.
- 1 cup of chopped kale
- 1 cup almond milk
- 1 cup frozen mango
- 1 banana
- 1/2 teaspoon chia seeds
- 1/2 teaspoon macha powder
- Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend for until a consistency you like. Serve & enjoy!
