Today is a green smoothie kinda day. These are my absolute favorite because they have heaps of veggies in them, but you honestly can’t taste it. You can add all sorts of superfoods as well if you like, throw in a teaspoon of bee pollen, chia seeds, maca powder, hemp seeds, etc. The options are endless!
I can also attest to the fact that while green smoothies aren’t exactly the tastiest looking drinks on the planet, they really are. So you have to try it. Once you see how good you feel after a few of them, you’ll be hooked.
Simply add the ingredients to your blender and process until smooth. You can add more coconut water for a more liquidy consistency if you wish.
